Award and Interview Release Policies
1.I, do hereby consent and agree that Buy2all bazaar P Ltd and its employees have the right to interview me, ask questions, Give Awards take photographs, make an audio, audio/video or ‘shoot’ me in connection with their event and to use these recordings, exclusively, in any and all media or plat form(including but not limited to social media platforms like Twitter, Facebook, etc.), now orhereafter known, for the purpose of, in connection with and for inclusion of the same in or outside of the program or promotion of the program or for any other purpose.
2.I acknowledge, agree and accept that no information arising out of or related to my participation in the ‘shoot’ shall constitute or be deemed as confidential information and I hereby expressly authorize the disclosure of all such information, including without limitation biographical and personal information, through broadcast, telecast, print, internet or any other media, technology in existence or that may be later known or devised, as Buy2all bazaar P Ltd may deem fit and I expressly consent to the incorporation of the recordings in the event for exploitation in any manner as deemed fit by the organisation.
3.I further consent that my name/my organisation name and identity may be revealed during the course of exploitation of ‘shoot’, Giving award by descriptive text or commentary or otherwise. Further, I consent and waive any rights, claims, or interest to my name//my organisation name, likeness and private life being included in the subject matter of ‘shoot’ and any related publicity, advertising, magazine material and/or any media whatsoever.
4.I do hereby release in favour of and assign to Buy2all bazaar P Ltd, all my rights including but not limited to the intellectual property rights, copyrights and all other allied, ancillary and subsidiary rights in any and all media, all formats, etc. in and to the ‘shoot’, on any and all media, now or hereafter known, for world and in perpetuity.
5.I understand that there will be no financial or other remuneration paid to me for shooting me, either for initial or subsequent transmission or playback of the shooting and/or Program with the shooting incorporated therein. I waive any right to royalties or other compensation arising fromor related to the exploitation of ‘shoot’ and/or event, Award Program.
6.Further, I state that I waive all rights to file in person/ through any family member/organisation and/or third party any applications, criminal and/or civil proceedings in any courts or forum in India or any other jurisdiction, against Buy2all bazaar P Ltd, its employees, or any other person in respect of any physical, mental and emotional trauma or financial loss that I may undergo during or after the ‘shoot’ or in relation to the event in any manner whatsoever. I hereby waive any and all rights of privacy, etc.
7.I hereby agree to release, defend, and hold harmless Buy2all bazaar P Ltd, including its director, employees etc. broadcasting, exploiting, telecasting, distributing the Shoot in whole or in part, in any and all media, from and against any claims, damages or liability arising from or related to the ‘shoot’ and/or the event or Award and exploitation thereof.
8.I have read this release (“Release”) before signing below or Submitting Nomination form, and I fully understand the contents, meaning and impact of this Release. I understand that I am free to address any specific questions regarding this Release by submitting those questions in writing prior to signing, and I agree that my failure to do so will be interpreted as a free and knowledgeable acceptance of the terms of this release. I represent and undertake that I have read and understand the foregoing statement, and am competent to execute this agreement and have the full right and authority to enter into this Release and to grant the authority for exploitation of all rights as stated here in before.
