You have train yourself to respond, not to react.
Ex : If your customer reject your proposal. You donβt want to get frustrated. If that means your prospective customer not able to understand your products benefits and features. You have to explain the way he understands. Or at present your product not required for him. Always open a communication line with him So just respond.
